On November 6, in order to lead young students to be good young people in the new era who have ideals, dare to bear, can bear hardships, and are willing to struggle in the new journey, our college organized all freshmen of grade 2023 to hold a flag-raising ceremony under the theme of "Carrying forward the spirit of patriotism and striving to be good young people in the New era" in front of the metallurgical History corridor.
With the national flag guard team members dressed in concierge clothes, tall and straight and elegant, the pace is sonorous, escorting the national flag into the entrance; With the magnificent "March of the Volunteers" sounded, the flag bearer waved, the bright five-star red flag rose slowly, fluttering in the wind in the morning sun, the students sang the national anthem, the eyes, the patriotism and the ambition of the powerful country rose in the heart.
Zhu Haoyu of Class 236, as a student representative, spoke under the national flag: "As far as the eye can see, all are Chinese, five stars shine, all are faith!" He called on the students to uphold the "aim high, responsibility first" spirit of the school motto, to strive to polish the background of youth, in the new era of the new journey, to show the "strong country I" heroic and confident.
