(News) In order to further strengthen the construction of youth organizations and train more young Marxists with firm beliefs, high quality and strong capabilities, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Student and Workers' Affairs Office, Su Yawei, and the fifth generation of main student leaders visited Ruijin for a red tour training program on October 19.
During the training, the students visited the Revolutionary Sites in YePing, ShaZhouBa, the Ruijin Central Revolutionary Base Museum and the Second Congress of Workers and Peasants in Ruijin. At every place, the students listened carefully to the guide's stories of the moving events that happened on the red land, and deeply felt the great spirit of the heroic struggle of the Communist Party of China during that tumultuous period from the precious historical photos and the worn-out revolutionary relics.
Su Yawei pointed out that Ruijin has rich red resources, which bear the firm belief, fighting spirit and lofty ideals of the revolutionary predecessors, and is an important base for patriotic education and revolutionary tradition education. She hopes that through this red tour training program, the student leaders of our college can remember the great achievements of the revolutionary predecessors, deeply understand the revolutionary spirit, continuously improve their ideological and political quality and organizational and coordination ability, and fully play the self-service, self-management, self-education and self-supervision functions of college student organizations.
Ji Hui Juan said that the Suzhou District Spirit is a great revolutionary spirit that the Communist Party of China formed in the land revolutionary war period in the Central Suzhou District, which was the center of Ruijin.
