In order to implement the spirit of the Regulations on the Protection of Hakka Besieged Houses in southern Jiangxi and the Regulations on the Protection of Revolutionary Sites in Ganzhou, it is proposed to set up an expert committee on the protection of Hakka besieged houses in southern Jiangxi and an expert Committee on the protection and utilization of revolutionary sites to provide intellectual support for the high-quality development of the protection and utilization of cultural relics in our city. Relevant units, departments and counties (cities and districts) are invited to actively recommend experts. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Recommended scope
The Gannan Hakka House Protection Expert Committee is composed of experts in the fields of culture, cultural relics, archaeology, history, planning, tourism, architecture, land, society, economy and law. The Expert Committee for the protection and utilization of revolutionary Sites is composed of professionals in cultural relics protection, Party history research, planning, construction, culture, tourism and other fields. Gannan Hakka House protection expert committee and revolutionary site protection and utilization expert committee experts can overlap recommendations.
2. Basic conditions
1. Excellent political quality, adhere to the correct value orientation, and have certain research on the protection and utilization, history and current situation of Gannan besieged houses; Be familiar with the spirit of the Party's major historical resolutions, important meetings and documents, and have a deeper understanding of the Chinese revolutionary history and the revolutionary history of southern Jiangxi.
2. Profound academic attainments, engaged in the field of cultural relics for a long time, with rich practical experience and familiar with the development of the industry.
3. Have good professional ethics, serious and responsible, can actively participate in and complete the entrusted work on time.
4. In good health, the age is not more than 70 years old in principle, and the professional title of deputy high or above in public institutions.
5. The relevant units, departments and counties (cities, districts) are not limited to recommending experts within their own units or jurisdictions, and can also recommend urban experts with long-term cooperation.

Protection and management: experts in the fields of renovation of enclosures and revolutionary sites, protection planning of enclosures and revolutionary cultural relics, restoration of revolutionary cultural relics, safety protection of enclosures and revolutionary cultural relics, planning and design of memorial venues and facilities; Experts in the fields of preventive protection of revolutionary cultural relics, digital protection, and environmental feature protection; Experts in the fields of the formulation of laws and regulations and the research of policies and systems related to the enclosures and revolutionary cultural relics; Experts in the fields of administration, business management and daily management of huts and revolutionary cultural relics.

4. Expert determination
The Municipal Bureau of Culture, Guangzhou and New Tourism summarizes the list of recommended personnel, selects, determines and announces the list of experts of the Expert Committee for the protection of Hakka besieged houses in Gannan and the Expert Committee for the protection and utilization of revolutionary sites in accordance with the principles of universality, representativeness and coordination.
