In order to do a good job in the application of our school, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.
1. Declaration requirements
Applicants must adhere to the correct political direction, highlight the problem-oriented, according to the key research scope proposed in the project guide (see annex), combined with their own research foundation and academic expertise, carefully condensed research topics to declare. The name of the research topic should be standardized, accurate and concise.
The subject category of this special task project is "Marxism/Ideological and Political Education". The funding for each project is 100,000 yuan, and the research period is 2 years.
The final results should meet the following requirements: (1) Publish theoretical articles in major central newspapers and periodicals; (2) Publishing academic papers in high-level academic journals; (3) Research and consultation reports adopted by departments at or above the provincial and ministerial level.
2. Declaration conditions
1. The applicant must be able to actually engage in research work and truly undertake and be responsible for organizing the implementation of the project; Each applicant is limited to 1 item. Members of the listed research group must obtain their consent and signature, otherwise it will be regarded as illegal declaration.
2. In addition to complying with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Humanities and Social Science Research Projects of the Ministry of Education, the applicant should be an on-duty teacher with a professional title of associate senior or above and be able to undertake substantive research work as a project host.
3. Applicants with any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply for this project:
(1) The person in charge of various projects of humanities and social sciences research of the Ministry of Education;
(2) The Ministry of Education's humanities and social science research projects have been terminated within three years for various reasons, or revoked within five years for various reasons;
(3) Person in charge of various projects of National Social Science Foundation and National Natural Science Foundation in research;
(4) Applicants for National Social Science Fund projects in 2023;
(5) Applicants who have applied for the general project of Humanities and Social sciences research of the Ministry of Education for two consecutive years (2021 and 2022) and have not been funded;
(6) Applicants for other categories of the General Project of Humanities and Social Sciences Research of the Ministry of Education in 2023.
3. Declaration methods
1. Full-time teachers shall apply to the college (department) as a unit, and individual application is not accepted.
2. This project will be declared online. SheKeSi home page (http://www.moe.gov.cn/s78/A13/), the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Education humanities and social science research management platform reporting system (hereinafter referred to as the filing system) for the declaration of the only network platform, network reporting procedures and processes will be subject to the system.
3. Online application of projects will be accepted from now on. Applicants can log in the application system to download or use the attached Application Review Form, fill it in according to the application system prompts and filling requirements, and upload it through the application system, without submitting paper application materials. Only after the announcement of the approved funding projects to submit paper manuscripts and other relevant materials.
4. The project funds shall be used and managed in accordance with the Measures for the Management of Special Funds for the Prosperity Plan of Philosophy and Social Sciences of Universities (Caijiao (2021) No. 285), and the project budget shall be prepared scientifically, reasonably and realistically on an annual basis according to the actual needs of the research and the scope of capital expenditure.
5. According to the work arrangement of the Department of Education, the deadline for online application of this project is April 20, 2023 (Thursday). All colleges are requested to submit the electronic draft of the application summary form before the close of work on April 21 (Friday), and the school must check and confirm the materials submitted by the unit online before then.
Iv. Other requirements
1. Applicants should carefully review the Measures for the Administration of Humanities and Social Science Research Projects of the Ministry of Education and previous project approval, improve the quality of application and avoid repeated application.
2. The project review shall be anonymous. In order to ensure the fairness and fairness of the review, the applicant's name, school and other relevant information shall not appear in the B form of the Application Review, otherwise it will be invalid.
3. The applicant shall fill in the materials truthfully to ensure that there is no intellectual property dispute. Where there is fraud, plagiarism and other acts, once found and verified, disqualified for three years, if the project is approved, it will be withdrawn and notified of criticism.
4. Each college shall effectively implement the ideological work responsibility system, strengthen the examination and control of declaration materials, ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the information filled in, and effectively improve the quality of project declaration.
