Ecological design and technology is an interdisciplinary subject independently set up in the first-level disciplines of mechanical engineering, Marxist theory and law. In 2018, "Ecological Design and Technology" was approved as a second-level master program. The main research directions of this master's program include ecological design and theoretical research, ecological technology and art research, ecological economy and regional culture research.
The research direction of ecological design and theory mainly studies the principles and methods of ecological design under the background of the information age and the Internet of Things +, and researches the ecological design of products, buildings, information and cities in the information age. The research direction of ecological technology and art mainly studies the internal relationship between ecological information technology and art forms, uses computer technology to carry out innovative design of culture, art and information media, and conducts digital simulation and simulation design of ecological engineering activities. The research direction of ecological economy and regional culture mainly studies the use of modern manufacturing technology, computer information technology and ecological design to carry out economic and cultural research, so as to achieve the effective unity of ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits.

Wang Yujian: Associate Professor, Dean of the School of Architecture and Design. Wang Kun: Associate Professor, Member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology with a master's degree in engineering in 2006. He is now the deputy dean of the School of Architecture and Design of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, and serves as the master's supervisor of Industrial design engineering, ecological design and technology. His main research direction is digital visual design and environmental design. Up to now, he has been approved 2 national and 5 provincial and ministerial level innovation and entrepreneurship projects for college students, 3 provincial and ministerial level projects, 7 local horizontal projects, and 4 monographs and textbooks have been published. Published more than 30 papers (works), of which 13 are above the North core. At present, the research projects are the horizontal project "Guohui Film and television System Design" 212,000 yuan, "Using 3D stereoscopic vision and geographic digital information system design and development of new functional module area in the high-speed service area of the capital" 206,000 yuan. He has been teaching for more than 20 years and guided students to complete 7 innovation and entrepreneurship projects for college students. Wen Xiaojun: Doctor, Associate professor, member of Social Science Expert Information Database of Jiangxi Province, expert member of Urban Planning Committee of Ganzhou Central City, expert member of Ganzhou Land Spatial Planning Committee, expert of Ganzhou Philosophy and Social Science Expert Database. I won the "2018 Esri Cup Chinese College Students GIS Software Development Competition ·GIS Application Development Group" Excellent Instructor Award, the second prize of Ganzhou City's 2017 Annual Social Science Research 100 Outstanding Achievements, the third prize of Ganzhou City's 2021 Outstanding Social Science Achievement Award, and the Outstanding Instructor Award of the third National College Students' "Discover Traditional Villages" Research Contest . Liu Xianpeng: Doctor of Design, Associate professor, Member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from the School of Design and Art of Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute in July 2009 with a bachelor of Arts degree; In July 2014, he graduated from the Law School of Jiangxi University of Technology with a master's degree in law. In July 2023, he graduated from the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Mowon University, South Korea, and obtained a doctorate in design. He is currently the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Architecture and Design, Jiangxi University of Science and Technology. Liu Yubao: Associate professor, head of the Department of Ecological Design and Technology and director of the Department of Environmental Design, School of Architecture and Design, Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, mainly engaged in Hakka traditional village culture and ecological human settlement environment design research. Currently, he has presided over 1 National Social Science Fund project, 1 Youth project of the National Education Science Planning and Education Ministry, 3 humanities and social science research projects in colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province, 2 arts and science planning research projects in Jiangxi Province, and a number of university-level projects. Dong Xiang: Associate Professor, born in 1975, graduated from Jiangxi Normal University with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts in 2001. The program has undertaken more than 100 national Social science funds, humanities and social science projects of the Ministry of Education and provincial and ministerial projects, completed more than 30 horizontal projects, and the annual research funding of the supervisor is more than 120,000 yuan. More than 10 textbooks and monographs have been published, and more than 200 papers have been published, many of which have been indexed by SCI, EI and ISTP.
